7 Steps to Success

1) Intestinal Cleansing
a. Oxy Detox (Mag07) – This is a complete digestive-tract cleanser.  It is not painful or harmful in any way; even a pregnant or nursing mother can use this product.

2) Enzyme Therapy
a. Protease – This enzyme is designed to be taken on an empty stomach.
b. Digest – This product is to be taken with food and is best taken before meals.  Digest will also aid in removal of fungus, mold and other invaders from the blood stream.

3) Liver/Gallbladder Flush
a. Circulation Pack – This liver/gallbladder cleanse pack was designed by Mick Hall, N.D.  It is designed to slowly break up the cholesterol in the liver and thin the bile to open and release the liver toxins and gallbladder stones.  The process is very gentle, mild and painless.  This kit is a 30 day process.
b. Traditional Methods – Dr. Price uses methods tried and true from years of cleansing from our mentors before us.  Olive oil and lemon juice are among the products needed for this project.  There is a method that takes two days and one that takes one week.  Ask your body; it always knows best.

4) Parasite Cleanse
a. The parasite cleanse is performed along with the liver/gallbladder flush since parasites are known to be involved in congesting the liver.  Dr. Price uses products that are liquid (more powerful), to more gentle methods that are in a pill form.  Why guess when you can ask your body which it prefers and what dosage and for how long?  Dr. Price takes the guesswork out of which technique to use next.

6) Probiotics
a. Soil-based microorganisms – Original Medicine has introduced a new formula with more organisms called Multi-Probiotic.  SBO's were first known to be used during the German invasion of North Africa where troops were dying off by the 100's daily from dysentery.  They learned from the Arabs that these live organisms lived in the soil that was consumed by the desert animals.  The Germans also were the first to place them into a capsule and this was probably the real weapon that made them so strong, their immune system.  SBO's do this by stimulating the body's own natural production of alpha-interferon, and assisting in restoring the natural alkalinity of the blood by eliminating harmful acid waste products.  SBO's also balance the hormonal system by stabilizing blood sugar and restoring glandular integrity.  They are especially good at protecting the body against invading yeast, parasites and viruses by depriving them of the iron they need to flourish by providing lactoferrin to the body.

7) Lymphatics
a. Lymphatic Drainage – Transformation has created a unique product that is one of many Dr. Price uses to help in opening the drainage system of the human body.  The lymphatic system cannot fully open until the liver has begun to release its toxins through detoxification.  The Adrenal system has to also be checked to see if this hormonal system is in balance as well.  When the Adrenal system in stressed, the lymph glands shrink the same as when we eat sugar.  The lymph system holds fungus, mold, bacteria, viruses, cancer cells, etc., so it is of utmost importance to open this facility and have it working properly.
b. Rebounder – This handy tool can be used daily to help and assist the lymph system to open and stay open.  The rebounder is also great for the strengthening of organs and the overall body.  Be careful, you may actually tone yourself while enjoying this fun tool for health.

A)  Eat in the first hour of waking

Seeds:  2 cups daily in-between meals.
Drink a 8 oz. Glass of water when you wake.

Emotional component:

The thought pattern with this is:  "I never have enough time to get anything done."New Thought Pattern:  "I always have enough time to get everything done."  What does not get done today, will get completed tomorrow.

Sleep habits:  

Sleep in the complete darkness, since you need this to produce melatonin to get into deep sleep.  Turn off all lights, that includes the TV.

Go to bed earlier, try not to stay up so late.  Make a realistic change, go to bed one hour earlier than you usually do, this will get better with time.

Exercise, but not to strenuous until your body is revived, YOGA, TAI CHI, QI GONG, ect.

Take a long hot bath…

Get regular Chiropractic adjustments.

STEP 1: DIET AND HEALTHY EATING

 

We have put together a diet regimen according to the biorhythms the body goes through. You must read, understand and adhere to this plan.

DIET PROGRAM
THE BIO-RHYTHMS OF THE HUMAN BODY

All creatures including human beings throughout the world are bound and subject to three life cycles. These cycles have precise and established hours set by the UNIVERSAL LAWS OF NATURE.

 

THE ELIMINATION CYCLE  / BODY CYCLE #1
 

The elimination cycle starts at 4:00 AM and ends at 12:00 NOON.  During this cycle the body eliminates body-producing poisons, waste matter and materials, salts, proteins, and uric acids in liquid, solid, and gaseous forms.During this cycle, by feeding the body adequate amounts of fresh fruit, fresh fruit juice and natural fruits of the season, this creates an ideal condition to help in the cleansing and elimination processes of the body.

APPROPRIATION / BODY CYCLE #2

The appropriation cycle starts at 12:00 NOON and ends at 4:00 PM. During this cycle the body takes in and stores food to consume them. Then the body starts an absorption process of the foods. It is recommendable to eat fresh raw vegetables for lunch (a salad) with a starch source to help support the body's biochemical balance.

THE ASSIMILATION CYCLE / BODY CYCLE #3

The assimilation cycle starts at 8:00 PM and ends at 4:00 AM, which then starts the elimination cycle, etc.  The assimilation cycle is the time to heal, build, and re-energize.  During this cycle the body assimilates all the foods given that day and utilizes them for the rebuilding, reconstruction, and the regeneration of the entire human body.

****VERY IMPORTANT****

It is important to retire to bed early (sundown or before 9:30 PM at the latest) in order to receive the beneficial regenerative electro-magnetic fields of the earth.By sleeping 2 to 5 hours before 12:00 midnight, this enables our bodies to increase the natural healing powers and immune system within us, to heal our body.  It also increases the flushing effect of the elimination process that starts in the morning during the elimination cycle.

DAILY DIET PLAN

 

BREAKFAST (Fruit meal)

Have breakfast between 4:00 AM and 12:00 Noon.Eat fresh fruit, freshly squeezed fruit juice or a fruit salad as a meal with the appropriate fruit combinations.  EAT OR DRINK ONLY FRUIT.

 

EAT MELONS ALONE!

Melons are one of the simplest foods to digest.  So simple, in fact that they proceed directly to the intestines.  If they are held up in the stomach by other foods, they will decompose quickly and ferment. It is very good to make a meal of a melon.  NOTE:   You can eat different variety of fruits throughout the whole morning.
Do not mix sweet fruits with acid fruits. You may mix sweet with sub-acid or acid with sub-acid

 

ACID FRUITS- Lemons, Oranges, Pineapples, Strawberries, Grapefruit, Kumquats, Sour fruits, Tomatoes, Tangerines, Lime.

SUB-ACID- Apricots, Apples, Pears, Nectarines, Sweet Plums, Cherries, Mango, Raspberries, Blackberries, Cranberries.

SWEET FRUITS- Bananas, Papaya, Dates, Prunes, Grapes, Cantaloupe, Coconuts, Mangos, Melons, Peaches, Pears, Watermelon, Dates, Figs, Grapes, Pomegranates, Honeydew melon.   

MID MORNING SNACKIf you get hungry between breakfast and lunch, you may snack on 1 of the following items. Pick 1 only.  Fresh fruit, fresh raw vegetable sticks, almonds, cashews and pumpkin @ sunflower seeds. 

 

LUNCH

Vegetable and Starch meal

 

Have lunch between 12:00 NOON and 4:00 PM in the afternoon. Eat a large fresh salad first before eating anything else. Select two to four different fresh vegetables and have them raw, steamed, baked, sautιed, or as a soup.  You may also have one "starch" source. MIX 2 TABLESPOONS OF FLAXSEED OIL, COLD PRESSED OLIVE OIL, OR GRAPESEED OIL OVER SALAD TO PROVIDE YOUR BODY WITH THE ESSENTIAL OILS IT NEEDS. You may use an organic salad dressing, or an oil and organic apple cider vinegar mixture.  You may use Celtic sea salt instead of regular salt for seasoning or Braggs Amino Acid blend.

VEGETABLES
Pick 2-3 Alkaline vegetables and combine with a salad with mixed lettuce and greens. Alfalfa, Artichokes, Asparagus, Avocados, Bamboo shoots, Beets, Beet leaves, Beans (snap, string, wax, navy), Bok Choy, Broccoli, Cabbage: red, white, savoy, chinese, Cauliflower, Celery, Chestnuts, Chicory, Coconut milk, Collards, Cucumbers, Eggplant, Garlic, Kelp, Horseradish, Leeks, Lettuce-Romaine, Okra, Onions, Parsley, Parsnips, Peas, Green, Yellow and red peppers, Pumpkins, Radishes, Tomatoes, Turnips, Carrots, Chives, Currents, Soybean sprouts, Kale, Spinach, Endive.

PICK 1 STARCH SOURCE
Speckled Bananas, Potatoes-red, Barley, Beans, Pumpkin, Squash, Ezekial bread, Sprout bread, 7-grain bread, Whole grain pasta, Lentils, Millet, Oatmeal, Sweet Potatoes, Rice-Brown or wild, Rye, Sauerkraut, Chick peas, Beets, Cauliflower.

MID AFTERNOON SNACK- If you get hungry between lunch and dinner, you may snack on 1 of the following items. Pick 1 only.  Fresh fruit, fresh raw vegetable sticks, almonds, cashews and pumpkin @ sunflower seeds. 

 

DINNER

Vegetable and Protein meal

Have dinner between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM-- Eat a large fresh vegetable salad first (before anything else) Afterward eat any of your other vegetable options.  Have them steamed, baked, etc. plus one protein source. Let your appetite be your guide.

VEGETABLES
Pick 2-3 Alkaline vegetables and combine with a salad with mixed lettuce and greens.  Alfalfa, Artichokes, Asparagus, Avocados, Bamboo shoots, Beans (snap, string, wax, navy), Bok Choy, Broccoli, Cabbage: red, white, savoy, Chinese, Celery, Chestnuts, Chicory, Collards, Cucumbers, Eggplant, Garlic, Kelp, Horseradish, Leeks, Lettuce-Romaine, Okra, Onions, Parsley, Parsnips, Peas, Green, Yellow and red peppers, Pumpkins, Radishes, Tomatoes, Turnips, Carrots, Chives, Currents, Soybean sprouts, Kale, Spinach, Endive.                                                                                                                  

PICK 1 PROTEIN SOURCE  It is highly recommended to avoid all meat.
Organic eggs (3x weekly), Organic range fed Red Meat/ Choice cut- 1x weekly, Cold water fish- 2x weekly (Cod, Halibut, Sole, Haddock, Orange Roughy), Lamb- 1x weekly, Nuts, Seeds, Tofu, Rabbit, Veal (organic) 1x weekly, beans, legumes, peas. You may also have a protein powder drink. (Use only Isolate Whey Protein, free from artificial flavorings and artificial sweeteners).  

INFORMATION ABOUT FOODS
 

Fruits pass through the digestive system very rapidly. They usually leave the stomach within 30 minutes and enter the small intestine, where they continue to digest. But if you eat them with other foods (such as a protein or a starch) they take 3-5 hours to digest, the fruit is held up and starts to ferment. This means poor assimilation of nutrients but, more importantly, it sets up a perfect environment for yeast overgrowth, as they feed off the sugar produced from the fermentation

ACID / ALKALINE FOODS

When animal proteins (meats) and starches are metabolized (burned in the body) the normal end products are "acidic."  Some of these acid ashes are:
Uric acid // Sulfuric acid // Phosphoric acid
Fresh fruits and raw vegetables neutralize these acids.  All fresh fruits and vegetables contain salts of alkalizing metals. Some of these alkalizers are:

Calcium // Magnesium // Sodium // Potassium
The body uses these natural organic alkalizers to make all acid residues harmless. These live foods also help to eliminate acids in a natural and effective manner. A balanced food plan contains 20 percent acid-forming foods and 80 percent alkalizing foods.

PROTEINS & STARCHES

The gastric juices contain three enzymes, which act upon proteins, fats, and milk.  They are pepsin, lipase, and rennin respectively.  Protein digestion requires an acid environment initiated by the secretion of pepsin into the stomach.  Pepsin splits the protein molecule forming hydrochloric acid.  As the stomach gains in acidity, while digesting protein, starch digestion comes to an end.  We may say that those conditions, which are optimum for protein digestion, exclude starch digestion and worse than that, the introduction of the starch almost neutralizes the acid, deactivating both enzymes, creating the climate for putrefaction.
** Beets, potatoes, rice, cauliflower, and other starches make poor combinations with proteins.

DO NOT MIX PROTEINS WITH STARCHES IN THE SAME MEAL

FATS & PROTEINS

Fat can lessen the activity of gastric juices by as much as 50%.  Fat depresses the gastric secretion of pepsin in addition to insulating food particles with a protective fatty shield.Green vegetables, especially raw, will counteract the effect of fat. Eat greens (raw vegetables) with a fat-protein meal.

ALWAYS EAT RAW VEGETABLES WITH FAT/PROTEIN MEAL

ACIDS AND STARCHES

The digestion of starches begins in the mouth with an enzyme called "Ptyalin."  Saliva, high in ptyalin, is secreted by the salivary glands and reduces starch to maltose, which is reduced in the intestine to dextrose.  Ptyalin will not act in a mildly acidic or strong alkaline environment.  The old adage, "chew your food 100 times" is not only for mastication, but to mix ptyalin with starchy foods.The acid in regular vinegar, grapefruits, lemons, or other sour fruits will completely stop the action of ptyalin, resulting in a poorly digested meal that will likely putrefy, decreasing the nutritional value and nutritional quality of the digested foods.

DO NOT MIX ACIDS WITH STARCHES IN THE SAME MEAL

ACIDS AND PROTEINS

Pepsin (a protein digesting enzyme) will act favorably in an acid environment, but one might suppose that the addition of more acids, such as citrus fruits, might improve the digestive process.  This is not so.  The addition of citrus or other acids stops the secretion of the gastric juices necessary for the digestion of the proteins.  Either the pepsin will not be secreted in the presence of an acid, or the acidic environment will destroy pepsin.Any acid eaten on a salad (vinegar or lemon), eaten with a protein meal stops the production of hydrochloric acid by pepsin interfering with protein digestion.There is an exception to this rule; acids may be combined with nuts and seeds because the high fat content of these foods will postpone gastric secretion until the acids have been assimilated into the body.

DO NOT MIX ACIDS WITH PROTEINS

SUGARS AND PROTEINS

If two distinctly different high proteins (animal proteins) are eaten together, the amount of digestive secretions for each may serve to stop the action of the other.  The body modifies the digestive process to the requirements of each food.  Suppose milk was eaten with meat, this would initiate a highly acidic reaction, which would upset the proportion of pepsin and lipase acting on the meat. Both proteins would be incompletely digested.  Non-starchy vegetables and succulent vegetables make the best combinations with proteins.

NOTES: You can eat any amount of fresh salad that you wish, but do not "over eat" on them.  Use one or two varieties of lettuces that are real "green" such as spinach, romaine lettuce or Boston lettuce.  Besides lettuce, you can choose other types of vegetables from the list above to put into your salad. Do not use iceberg lettuce

NOTE: Three fourths of our daily intake should be from the "Alkaline" group.  They should be eaten separately from the acid group.

NOTE:   All vegetables and fruits are alkaline-forming in their raw state.

NOTE:  Cooked and fried foods are acid forming.  All dairy products, meat, fish, poultry, sweets (except raw honey) and unsprouted flour products are acid forming.

ACIDITY LEADS TO PARASITES AND DISEASE.

HARMFUL TOXINS TO AVOID: – Alcohol, Beer, Wine coolers, Mixed drinks, Caffeine, Soda, Chocolates, Drugs (all kinds), Tobacco, Preservatives, Artificial flavoring, Artificial coloring, Monosodium glutamate (MSG), Food fillers, Mayonnaise, Shell fish, Cheese, Phenylalanine, Canned vegetables, Packaged food, Mustard, Catsup, Vinegar, Pickles, Soy sauce, Brewers yeast, Milk, Cheese, Sugar and sugar containing foods, Smoked or cured meats, Luncheon meats, Peanuts, Doughnuts, White flour, Gravies, Ice Cream, Chips, Fluoride tooth paste, Aluminum based deodorant, Aspartame, Saccharin, Fried foods, Salad dressings, Hot dogs, and Bacon. 

 

ALKALINE FOODS

The following is a list of foods that should be consumed 80 percent of the time to assist in the digestive process and to neutralize all acid forming foods.  These foods are always to be eaten fresh, raw, and organically grown in their natural state of being.

ALKALINE- Alfalfa, Apples, Apple Cider Vinegar, Apricots, Artichokes, Asparagus, Avocados, Bamboo shoots, Beets, Beet leaves, Beans (snap, string, wax, navy), Berries (most), Bok Choy, Broccoli, Cabbage: red, white, savoy, chinese, Cantaloupe, Cauliflower, Celery, Cherries-sweet and sour, Chestnuts, Chicory, Coconut milk, Coconuts, Collards, Cucumbers, Eggplant, Garlic, Grapefruit, Kelp, Horseradish, Leeks, Lemon and peel, Lettuce-Romaine, loose leaf, Limes, Loganberries, Mangos, Melons-all, Molasses, Celtic sea salt, Nectarines, Okra, Onions, Oranges, Papayas, Parsley, Parsnips, Peaches, Pears, Peas, Green and red peppers, Pineapples, Pumpkins, Radishes, Tangerines, Tomatoes, Turnips, Watermelon.

HIGHLY ALKALINE – Carrots, Celery, Chives, Cranberries, Currents, Dates, Figs, Grapes (sour), Pomegranates, Prunes, Raisins, Raspberries, soybean sprouts, Romaine lettuce, Kale, Plums, Spinach, Endive, Blackberries, Almonds, Avocados.

HEALTHY FATS- Organic butter, nuts, seeds, Avocados, Flaxseed oil, Grapeseed oil, Almond oil, Olive oil, Coconut oil, Fish oil, Hemp Oil.

STEP 2:  DRINK ONLY WATER

Drinking Water must be DISTILLED. You must drink 2 quarts of water daily. ADD 3 tablespoons of Organic Apple Cider Vinegar per gallon of distilled water. 

The bodies of all living organisms are composed largely of water.  About 70 to 90 percent of all organic matter is water. During the period of regaining your health, you must avoid all other drinks and liquids. This includes carbonated beverages, coffee, tea, alcohol, etc… Fresh vegetable and fruit juices can be used as meal replacements. Fruit juice for breakfast and vegetable juice to substitute the salad for lunch or dinner.The chemical reactions in all plants and animals that support life take place in a water medium.  Water not only provides the medium to make these life sustaining reactions possible, but water itself is often an important reactant or product of these reactions.  In short, the chemistry of life is water chemistry. Water, which makes up over 70% of our body, has the most influence in determining how our body remains healthy.  But in order for health to continue, our body requires that its water be clean and free from contamination.

The Nationwide Food Consumption Surveys have indicated that the majority of the population may be moderately dehydrated.  Several factors may increase the likelihood of chronic, mild dehydration, including a poor thirst mechanism, dissatisfaction with the taste of water, consumption of caffeine, carbonated beverages and alcohol, exercise and environmental conditions.  Dehydration of as little as 2% loss of body weight results in impaired physiological and performance responses.  Water consumption can have an effect on the risk of urinary stone disease, cancers of the breast, colon and urinary tract, childhood and adolescent obesity, mitral valve prolapse, salivary gland function, and overall health in the elderly (Kleiner 1999).

Hydration or water availability to cells and tissues is important for increasing the overall function and health of cells.  Research has shown that babies have a higher level of intracellular water typically than aging adults. Szent-Gyorgyi in the "Pathology of Water: made the association that muscle tissue, cartilage, connective tissue including skin, "aged" or became less pliable with time due to the lack of water provided to cells and tissues.  Much of his early research was with muscle tissue and he realized that the aging process was substantially due to cellular and tissue effects of dehydration (Szent-Gyorgyi 1971).

Lack of intracellular water or dehydration is predicted today to be part of the "aging" process.  It stands to reason that water and the many roles it plays generally and specifically for all parts of the body will enhance many biochemical and physiological functions important to overall health when it is available to cells and tissues.

STEP 4:  LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE

 

SKIN BRUSHING:
Brush skin lightly starting on the front of the body and working from the feet to the groin area. LYMPHATIC PUMPING:
Concentrate on contracting and relaxing all of the bodys muscles. Start with the lower leg muscles, then thigh muscles (front and back). Contract muscles for 5 seconds then release for 5 seconds and repeat three times for each muscle. Then contract the abdominal muscles and muscles in the arms. The reason for this exercise is to "PUMP" the lymphatic system and keep the muscles active. Do exercise 1x daily.

LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE:

Bounce on a mini-trampoline for 15 minutes. This will stimulate the lymph nodes in the neck, chest and groin to drain toxins into the bloodstream for removal by the body. Do exercise 1-2x daily.

LYMPHATIC PUMPING:

Deep Breathing Exercises: Inhale through the nose for four seconds. Hold your breath for 16 seconds, and then exhale through your mouth for an 8 second count. This will increase your available oxygen in the blood and pump the lymphatic system. Repeat 10x 2-3x daily. Once you build your lung capacity you can increase your times. The ratio is: Inhale 1 count, Hold 4 counts, Exhale 2 counts.

GENERAL RECOMMENDATIONS

 

** Eat 1 clove of raw garlic daily.
** Wash as needed, but avoid long hot baths or showers, which deplete the body of minerals.

** Look in the mirror every day and tell yourself that you love yourself.
** Rent and watch funny movies or funny videos. (Candid camera, America's funniest home videos etc.) Laughter heals.
** Wear the color green. It has immune stimulating properties.
** Change all of the A/C filters in your residence monthly.
